Our Approach

College readiness and college completion require more than just academic support and information.

We provide information, but we also learn by experience. We believe anyone and everyone can be an extraordinary student.

We offer a comprehensive college readiness program that focuses on fostering trust between families and volunteers, supporting students, and empowering parents. Our goal is to help youth develop self-awareness, purpose, and resilience.

Submit New Student and New Parent Application

Complete the online application forms for students and parents. Students will also be asked to share the name and email of one of their current or recent teachers for a referral.

Interviews for Students & Parents

Once we receive your applications, CREO will reach out and set up an interview with you–this is an opportunity for us to share about CREO, as well as get to know you! We want to know your story, learn more about your goals, and match you with a volunteer who fits your needs and interests.

Registration

After completing the interviews, we will decide on your application to join CREO. If you are admitted, you will go through an onboarding process that involves completing some forms, getting your materials, scheduling a training session, and matching you with a volunteer!
